Margarita Ice Cream (Sherbet)

Ingredients that we need 

 

2 cups Heavy Cream
1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tbsp Orange Liquor
2 Tbsp Tequila
Zest of 1 Lime
Zest of 1 Orange
½ cup Lime Juice

 

Make it 

 

1) In the bowl of an electric standing mixer, whisk together the lime juice, orange liquor, tequila, and the orange and lime zest, just to combine ingredients together.
2) Add heavy cream and whisk on high speed for about 2 minutes or until the heavy cream mixture forms soft peeks.
3) Place in an air tight container and freeze for 8 hours.
